Rafał Budweil

Rafał Budweil joined the Telnap Telecom board in 2023, taking over the supervision of the entire sales, marketing, and business development sphere. He is responsible for developing Telnap Telecom’s sales on the national business market as well as on the international and national operator market.

From 2015 to 2022, he was the head of the board of Triggo S.A., built around the groundbreaking global concept of a city electric vehicle combining the mobility of single-track vehicles with the safety of cars. He is the author of over 40 international patents for inventions covering the Triggo construction. Triggo S.A. guided from the idea stage to its debut on the NewConnect market in 2021.

From 2012 to 2015, he held the position of Vice President of Network Operations at Interoute (now GTT), where he was responsible for the operational sphere of one of the largest optical backbone telecommunication networks in Europe, serving most telecommunications operators on the continent as well as several key corporate and public clients. From 2005 to 2011, he was the Vice President for Operations at GTS Polska, and then, after the merger of companies, at GTS Energis.

He started working in Brussels in 1998 as an engineer, and then as a manager in the structures of Ebone – the first independent pan-European internet operator and provider.

A graduate of the 1998 class of mobile network management at the prestigious Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Bretagne (now IMT Atlantique) in France.
